Three-dimensional Peacock
An artwork “peacock” made completely by Italian artisan’s hand work. From a concept given by the Architect, this artwork has been developed by Projinteriors Italia team of Designers and Architects.
Processed, refined and assembled by hand, shaping the Peacock composed by thousands of elements of various sizes, shapes, different leathers’ textures and colours; finely assembled on a suede leather background surface. Wings, body and feathers, have been decorated by hand sewing the precious Swarovski beads, authentic pearls and crystals on the textured leather elements.
Daybed
An innovative Daybed Concept both indoor and outdoor. Completely planned, designed and manufactured in Italy supplied the luxury Hotel Bayan Tree.
The self-supporting structure is been made in light and high-performance materials such as fibreglass and carbon fibre. The organic “melted and twisted effect” shapes of the framing are connected with three-way corner elements which tightly holds
the complete unit. Taking into consideration the large dimensions of 4.0 x 2.40 x 2.80 meters high, this project has required a very deep and detailed structural calculations, shock and wind resistance tests to achieve the highest resistance, stability and safety standards.
The black high glossy polished finishing was carried out with “automotive” painting and polishing process with several steps of sanding, filling, polishing and drying into oven to achieve the necessary hardness and endurance of the surfaces.
